For overseas customers, we offer online technical discussions, 3D model reviews and repeated verification of process parameters to reduce cross-border communication costs.

For export projects, equipment can be manufactured in accordance with international standards such as CE requirements. We provide complete material certificates, factory inspection reports, customs documentation and English operation manuals. Equipment is securely packaged for long-distance sea transport to reduce the risk of damage. After delivery, overseas customers can receive remote video commissioning, online operation training, technical support for troubleshooting and wear part replacement. On-site engineering support can also be arranged for major projects when needed.

Domestic customers can benefit from on-site installation, commissioning and operator training. We also maintain dedicated project records and follow up on equipment performance. Original spare parts including seals, filter elements, and load cells, are kept in stock for quick domestic delivery. For overseas customers, we arrange international spare parts shipments to minimize production downtime.
