一、Daily Maintenance Essentials

Equipment Cleaning: After each use, promptly clean residual materials from the equipment surface and interior, with special attention to the discharge port area to prevent debris buildup. For sticky materials, wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent, but avoid moisture ingress into the electrical control cabinet.

Lubrication Management: Moving parts such as bearings shall be lubricated at intervals specified in the manual. For example, bearings should receive high-temperature grease weekly to reduce friction and slow wear.

二、Periodic Maintenance Measures

Quarterly Deep Cleaning and Inspection: Every quarter, disassemble and thoroughly clean relevant components, inspect for wear and repair or replace as needed.

Electrical System Service:Remove dust from the control cabinet, check contactors and relays, calibrate sensor sensitivity and ensure circuit insulation meets required standards.
